Routine Works

For essential routine servicing and maintenance. This is stuff that every car needs, from annual servicing and MOT testing, to routine maintenance (e.g. wheel alignment/brakes/tyres/etc).

Non-Routine Works

This is for everything else. If you have an issue with your vehicle that requires investigation before repair, this is where you need to be. E.g. Engine management/ABS fault, or if your car is making a weird noise.
