Great service, solved a problem with tyre balancing other garages couldn't. Easy self check in car and key drop off service and the same for collection to suit out of hours so no panic about getting to the garage for a certain time.

I booked my car in for a 4 wheel alignment after several failed attempts by the main dealership (BMW). I chose MBJ based on the positive reviews and I’m glad I did. The booking in and dropping off process was fairly new to me, likewise the reporting and invoicing of the work done, but it was all very slick and easy to understand. Most importantly, though, was the job itself which was carried out in a very timely and efficient manner and to a high standard. My car now drives as it should and the lopsided steering wheel and constant drift to the left has gone. I was given a full and comprehensive report afterwards and the pricing was very fair and significantly less than the main dealer (the ones who couldn’t fix the problem!). Found MB Jarvie 2 years ago online when looking for VW specialists as local garages in Ayrshire could not sort the issue I was having with my Golf R. Adam and the team rectified the issue within the day. I have used MB Jarvie ever since. ⚠️ Attention While we always do our utmost, even with the world's best equipment and training, preserving condition of refurbished wheels cannot be guaranteed when renewing/removing/fitting tyres. This is the case for many reasons, but primarily is due to possible poor adhesion of non-factory paint/lacquer to the wheel or varying hardness & thickness of non-factory paint/lacquer. Residual tape weight adhesive will not be removed during wheel balancing for a number of reasons, primarily due to the risk of wheel damage.
