We access your vehicle’s online Digital Service Record via our Volkswagen Dealer Portal, allowing us to record all servicing works carried out on your VW. In addition to the M B Jarvie Car Service stamp, we also include a hard copy of the digital service record (for your own records), noting the service operations completed on your vehicle. Having your VW serviced at M B Jarvie Car Service will not compromise your warranty.

The recommended interval for renewing the VAG dual clutch transmission the oil and filter, depending on transmission type, is 40,000 miles (regardless of age). So if your are in any way unsure as to the service requirement of your vehicle’s dual clutch transmission unit, it is strongly advised that you err on the side of caution and have your dual clutch transmission’s oil and filter renewed.
