DO NOT submit a booking request here if you first require an quote/estimate for the requested works. Per the info on our estimate request page, our estimate/quote service is currently suspended.
You are the vehicle owner or are authorised by the vehicle owner to request these works
The vehicle is NOT a commercial vehicle or taxi.
The vehicle shall be presented with a quantity of fuel/charge sufficient for our technicians to complete the requested work including road testing (if applicable).
The vehicle shall be presented in a condition that shall present no health hazards to our staff.
Any relevant items (e.g. service book and/or locking wheel key – if applicable) will be laid out or made available to our technicians.
All accounts will be settled in full prior to/at time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed.
Storage charges will apply if vehicle is not collected following completion of works, unless otherwise agreed.

N.B. Our current availability changes by the hour and is updated here at regular intervals. All booking requests are processed manually, therefore the selectable dates do not reflect our live availability at all times. We will always do our best to accommodate your selected date, but this may not always be possible.

⚠️ Attention

Do not choose ‘INSPECTION’ if you require work beyond a ‘code read’/diagnostic scan. If your vehicle has a fault that requires investigation (e.g. engine management/ABS/etc), you must request a ‘fault investigation’ via the ‘Non-routine’ booking form.

*Running gear: Suspension, steering, brakes & tyres; *Diagnostic: Full system scan (engine management/ABS/etc) and report; *Alignment: 4-wheel alignment will be measured and reported (alignment issues can indicated historical accident damage). Inspection excludes: body/paint/cosmetic checks; powertrain (engine/transmission) checks; headlamp aim or braking performance checks.

Standard balancing only tells half the story. Our Road Force® system simulates the pressure of the road, detecting "hard spots" and internal tyre flaws that standard machines miss. By measuring how your tyre performs under a load, we eliminate the hidden vibrations that cause high-speed harshness. Perfect for luxury sedans and performance SUVs.

3. Ultimate Match-Mounting & Balance
"The Gold Standard in Precision" 

For the most sensitive vehicles and demanding drivers, we offer Match-Mounting. Every tyre and rim has tiny natural irregularities; we use laser diagnostics to align the high point of your tyre with the low point of your rim. This "perfect marriage" of components minimises weights and delivers the smoothest ride physically possible. If you have a vibration no one else can fix, this is the solution.

⚠️ Attention

'Routine' air conditioning works are limited to system servicing/recharge. If your car's AC system has a fault, you must request an investigation via the 'NON-ROUTINE' booking form.

Add 'alignment readiness inspection'

⚠️ Wheel alignment should only be completed when your vehicle's suspension and steering is confirmed to be in serviceable condition. If you are unsure, we recommend a 'readiness inspection' is completed before adjustment (£45+vat). Any issues noted will be reported for approval prior to adjustment (may delay collection or require a future booking).
