  • DO NOT submit a booking request here if you first require an quote/estimate for the requested works. Per the info on our estimate request page, our estimate/quote service is currently suspended.
  • You are the vehicle owner or are authorised by the vehicle owner to request these works
  • The vehicle is NOT a commercial vehicle or taxi.
  • The vehicle shall be presented with a quantity of fuel/charge sufficient for our technicians to complete the requested work including road testing (if applicable).
  • The vehicle shall be presented in a condition that shall present no health hazards to our staff.
  • Any relevant items (e.g. service book and/or locking wheel key – if applicable) will be laid out or made available to our technicians.
  • All accounts will be settled in full prior to/at time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Storage charges will apply if vehicle is not collected following completion of works, unless otherwise agreed.

All booking requests are processed manually, therefore the selectable dates do not reflect our live availability at all times. We will always do our best to accommodate your selected date, but this may not always be possible.
In the event we are unable to accommodate your requested booking date, we will automatically offer the next available date. Otherwise, your request will be cancelled.

ℹ️ Service scope options explained: 1. Per Schedule: Servicing will be completed as per the Manufacturer’s specified schedule for your vehicle’s age/mileage*. This option is required to maintain new vehicle warranties. 2. As Recommended: This option is most appropriate if you are unsure if your vehicle has been service per the Manufacturer’s specified schedule to date (we will check the schedule against the available service history to assess the current appropriate service scope - if no history is available, we will complete a visual inspection of accessible service items). 3. Oil Service: Includes renewal of the engine oil and filter only, plus a limited inspection. This option is only appropriate if you are certain it fulfils your vehicle’s current requirements (i.e. no other service items are due). *Transmission-related service items are not included with scheduled or recommended service options and must be requested separately.
💰Save £55 when completed at time of service - an ‘alignment readiness inspection’ is included at no extra cost with your service (£55 when completed outside of service). MB Jarvie are a Hunter Centre of Excellence and use the world's best Hunter Engineering equipment. Having your wheel alignment checked and adjusted at time of service is recommended to ensure minimal tyre wear, optimal fuel efficiency and improved drivability/handling. 4-wheel alignment adjustment cost varies and depends on the number and type of adjustments required - typical price range: £75-185+vat. A full 'before & after' report will be issued. *IMPORTANT NOTE: Our ability to complete this 'add-on' request depends upon availability of our alignment equipment on the day. Requesting this service is not a guarantee it will be completed.
Inspection scope
ℹ️ Inspection options explained: *Running gear: Suspension, steering, brakes & tyres; *Diagnostic: Full system scan (engine management/ABS/etc) and report; *Alignment: 4-wheel alignment will be measured and reported (alignment issues can indicated historical accident damage). Inspection excludes: body/paint/cosmetic checks; powertrain (engine/transmission) checks; headlamp aim or braking performance checks.

⚠️ Wheel alignment should only be completed when your vehicle's suspension and steering is confirmed to be in serviceable condition. If you are unsure, we recommend a 'readiness inspection' is completed before adjustment (£45+vat). Any issues noted will be reported for approval prior to adjustment (may delay collection or require a future booking).
⚠️ Wheel alignment is only part of the story when it comes to optimising ride comfort/safety/longevity. Wheel balance & wheel/tyre condition issues are a common cause of vibration and wear issues. Unless you are certain that your wheel assemblies are in good order (balance/tyre stiffness/rim condition are all ok), ‘Road-Force’ balancing of all wheels is strongly recommend at time of Wheel Alignment.

Our Standard Precision Balance uses high-speed digital calibration to ensure your tyres spin perfectly true. It’s the essential service for maximising tyre life and ensuring a comfortable, vibration-free drive every day. *Residual tape weight adhesive will not be removed for a number of reasons, primarily due to the risk of wheel damage.
