Terms & Conditions
- DO NOT submit a booking request here if you first require an quote/estimate for the requested works. Per the info on our estimate request page, our estimate/quote service is currently suspended.
- You are the vehicle owner or are authorised by the vehicle owner to request these works
- The vehicle is NOT a commercial vehicle or taxi.
- The vehicle shall be presented with a quantity of fuel/charge sufficient for our technicians to complete the requested work including road testing (if applicable).
- The vehicle shall be presented in a condition that shall present no health hazards to our staff.
- Any relevant items (e.g. service book and/or locking wheel key – if applicable) will be laid out or made available to our technicians.
- All accounts will be settled in full prior to/at time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed.
- Storage charges will apply if vehicle is not collected following completion of works, unless otherwise agreed.
- Flexible date: We will always do our best to accommodate your requested date, however, if we cannot:
*If you are flexible, we will CONFIRM your booking for our next available date (typically within 5-10 working days of the requested date – if the new date doesn’t suit, you can request an alternative date by replying to your ‘booking confirmation’ email).
*If you are not flexible, and we are unable to accommodate your requested date, your booking will be CANCELLED.
