Terms & Conditions

  • You are the vehicle owner or are authorised by the vehicle owner to request these works
  • The vehicle is NOT a commercial vehicle or taxi.
  • The vehicle shall be presented with a quantity of fuel/charge sufficient for our technicians to complete the requested work including road testing (if applicable).
  • The vehicle shall be presented in a condition that shall present no health hazards to our staff.
  • Any relevant items (e.g. locking wheel key – if applicable) will be laid out or made available to our technicians.
  • All accounts will be settled in full prior to/at time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Storage charges will apply if vehicle is not collected following completion of works, unless otherwise agreed.

N.B. Our current availability changes by the hour and is updated here at regular intervals. All booking requests are processed manually, therefore the selectable dates do not reflect our live availability at all times. We will always do our best to accommodate your selected date, but this may not always be possible.
In the event we are unable to accommodate your requested booking date, we will automatically offer the next available date. Otherwise, your request will be cancelled.
