In the event that unforeseen additional works are advised/required, outwith the scope of work agreed for you booking (e.g. if booked for a service and a broken spring is found during inspection), repairs will likely delay collection and therefore exceed the collection time estimated for your original booking. Any additionally advised/required works will always be reported to you for authorisation.
